DELIVERY

How long does the delivery take?

Normal shipment

Sweden: 1-3 business days

Germany: 1-5 business days

In other EU countries: 2-10 business days

Express shipment*

Sweden: 1-2 business days

Germany: 1-2 business days

In other countries: 1-3 business days

* Express orders placed after 13:00 Monday-Thursday and 11:30 on Friday can only be delivered within two working days. Unfortunately we cannot offer deliveries on Saturdays.

NCS Colour AB is not liable for events, that are outside our control, including delays, delivery difficulties or other situations which are caused by strike, war, weather, fire, natural disaster, quarantine, hijacks and terror or any other “force majeure” incidents.

What are the costs for delivery?

Shipping and taxes are estimated and will be updated during checkout based on your billing and shipping information.

Customs duty, sales tax, brokerage fees etc. can occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at your own expense and NCS Colour AB has no, and accept none, responsibility for such taxes, charges, duties, etc.

Can I shop online and then pick up my order at NCS Colour?

No, you cannot pick up your order in our office. Please order online and we will arrange the delivery to your address.

I have placed an order and I wonder where my order is?

Do you ship outside of Sweden?

We ship to all countries. We recommend that you check if any of our local shops are nearby and can offer you special offers and shipping prices. To find more information about how you can find an NCS Shop, please see following link.

I often have recurring orders. What should I do?

You can easily do recurring orders in our online shop. To do this, go into my account, scroll down to “Recent Orders”, then click the “View” button and then the button at the end of the order details, “Order again”. Your previous order has now been placed in your shopping cart and you can complete your purchase or supplement it with other products.

 

PAYMENT

How can I make a payment?

We offer customers from Sweden and Germany to pay by invoice. You can apply to pay by invoice with us by logging into your account on the website and then selecting the option “Invoice applicant” when completing your order at the checkout. Please note that the order will not be finalized until you have been approved as an invoice customer with us. This process usually takes 1-2 business days and involves a credit reference. The invoice will then be sent as a PDF to the e-mail address provided in your order.

Customers in all other countries can only pay by credit card.

ACCOUNT

What should I do if I have forgotten my password?

If you have forgotten your password, please click on “lost your password”. You will receive an e-mail to create a new password, which you can then use to login to my account. If you haven’t received any e-mail, check your spam folder. 

How can I create an account?

You create an account when you register as a new user in our checkout.  

What is a VAT number? 

The Value Added Tax number, VAT ID no. for short, is used in the EU to clearly identify a company or entity which is liable for Value Added Tax. 

Example for a VAT no.: SE556045528801

Non EU companies do not have a VAT no.. Schools and private individuals have no VAT no. and should not fill in the field of company.

Observe, that if you are a company in Sweden or Germany and wish to pay by invoice, you always have to fill in a valid VAT no. at the check out in the online shop. After entering your company name along with the VAT no. at the check-out, the section with the payment options will be refreshed and you can choose invoice as an alternative.
