We ship to most countries. If you are unable to select a specific country as a delivery country at the check-out stage, please contact us so that we can investigate the possibilities for delivery.

Current countries we cannot deliver to: Russia, Ukraine and Somalia due to insufficient/unavailable delivery options with distribution providers.

Tax exemption within EU
If you would like to place an order with VAT exemption, please register your VAT number here: Register your company for VAT exemption – NCS Colour

Once your VAT number has been approved, you will be able to place orders without VAT.

A few things to keep in mind:

• Your account will be created using the email address you register with.
• We kindly recommend using a personal work email address, rather than a generic one such as info@, invoice@ or shop@, to ensure you receive login details and order updates without any issues.
• After registering, you will receive an email to complete your account setup. Once that’s done, simply log in via the profile icon in the top right corner of the website and place your order.
• Payment method is credit card.

Companies outside of EU
All our customers outside of EU can go directly to the Shop and place an order, once you go to the shopping cart, you may enter your company name in the corresponding field, should you wish to have it stated on your receipt. We recommend that you Log in to have a customer account to see your order history, but it is not obligatory.

Payment method available is by Credit card only.

Invoice customers
If you would like to apply to become an invoice customer, please visit Contact us on our website and submit the form “Invoice request for business customers”. This form is only intended for invoice applications.

Once we receive your request, we will review your company information and assess whether your company can be approved for invoice payments. You will be informed as soon as a decision has been made.

If you have any questions in the meantime, you can contact us in the form “File a support ticket”.

To log in, enter your email address and a six-digit code will be sent to your inbox. It acts as a one-time password and is used to log in.

If you are a returning customer, we recommend that you use the same email address you used for previous purchases. This will give you access to all the information about your previous orders.

This is particularly important for business customers, as order history and invoice information is linked to the registered email address.
