Delivery & Shipment
1. General
Here you will find everything you need to know about the delivery of physical products purchased through our website, www.ncscolour.com.

2. Do You Ship to My Country?
We ship our products to most locations worldwide.
Your order will be delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the shipping method selected during checkout.
Available shipping methods include:
- Standard Delivery
- Express Delivery
Estimated Delivery Times
Standard Delivery
- Sweden: 2–3 business days*
- Other countries: 3–5 business days*
Express Delivery
- Sweden: 1–2 business days*
- Other countries: 1–3 business days*
*Orders placed after 12:30 (Monday–Thursday) or after 11:00 on Fridays will be shipped the following business day.
The estimated delivery times begin from the date your order is dispatched and do not include any unforeseen delays.
While we always strive to meet the estimated delivery times, they are provided as guidelines only. Delays caused by payment authorization, stock availability, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and depend on the selected shipping method and destination.
Please note that shipping costs do not include any customs duties, import taxes, fees, or other charges that may apply once the shipment reaches the destination country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
If your order is delivered to a pickup point and is not collected within the carrier's holding period, we reserve the right to charge a fee to cover any additional shipping and handling costs.
5. Track Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
To track your shipment, simply use the tracking number included in the confirmation email.
If you have not yet received your shipping confirmation, it means your order has not yet left our warehouse. The email will be sent as soon as your package has been dispatched.
Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before tracking information becomes available.
