A New E-Learning Programme, Launching April 5th 2021.
Guiding different types of customers in their decorating and colour decisions can sometimes be challenging. Colour speaks different to all of us, but when you master both the rules of colours and the psychological factors behind colour science, you can confidently meet customers questions and guide them in their purchase decisions.
During the past 40 years, NCS Colour has provided colour sales tools and education for professionals working with colour. The new e-learning programme NCS Colour Adviser Programme gives insights in the concepts of colour design, the decisive features of interior colour design and the principles of exterior colour design. The programme is developed for sales representatives, store workers and pointof-sales personnel within the paint and coatings industry.
The Programme Includes the Following Courses
Learn how to work efficiently with colour harmonies by using the NCS System®. This course gives you the tools to instantly make conscious colour decisions. We also look at colour from different perspectives such as colour psychology, colour and quality, as well as the use of colour in design and trends.
Learn how to choose colours for interior design, from private rooms to public spaces. You will be able to answer questions as to why interior colour design is important as well as get practical advice and rules of thumb of how to use colour.
What colour suits a certain type of building? How shall I take the surrounding environment in mind? The course includes examples from large to small design projects. Learn how to guide customers to choose the right exterior colour for their house.
The programme in short
- Language: English. Swedish and German to be added in the fall of 2021.
- Duration: The programme takes approximately 12 hours to conclude and consists of video lectures, tutorials, and interactive exercises.
- Level: Advanced.
