NCS Colour announces CEO transition, continuing a strong growth journey

Stockholm, 21 January 2026 – NCS Colour today announces that CEO Elin Askfelt will step down from her role as CEO after eight years of successfully leading the company. During her tenure, she has played a key role in strengthening NCS Colour’s position in the global colour industry.

Richard Birgersson, currently VP Sales at NCS Colour, will assume the role of CEO effective immediately, while retaining his current role. Richard brings extensive global B2B experience across both digital and physical solutions. Over the past two years, he has played a key role in strengthening NCS Colour’s commercial organisation and international customer relationships, contributing to a period of substantial sales growth.
