Developed in response to evolving colour preferences and a growing global interest in interior design, the updated Cascade is optimised for relevance and usability across markets.

Cascade is built around the colours most commonly selected for decorative coatings. It features 983 of the most used and best-selling colours from the NCS Standard Collection, each carefully handpicked to create a focused palette ideal for coatings, interior design and building applications. The updated version also includes 84 of the 100 new NCS Standard colours introduced in 2022.
Cascade features a refined colour flow with uniform nuance positions, while hard-to-tint, low-demand dark chromatic colours have been removed. The result is a well-balanced fan deck that performs effectively both in-store and on-site. Used both in customer guidance and colour specification, Cascade offers a reliable and contemporary tool for coatings professionals working across markets.

The Cascade fan deck is developed to support the needs of professionals worldwide. It can be used as a marketing tool with customised branding on the cover and tailored content on the inside, or simply as a practical tool to help customers make conscious and confident colour decisions.
Displays
The Cascade displays are wall-mounted colour chips displays designed to provide a clear and accessible overview of the 983 colours included in the Cascade colour range.
Cascade Chips
The Cascade colour chips are stripe-coated, meaning each chip displays 4–5 colour stripes within the same or closely related hues. Chips containing four colours in different nuances, include two larger sample of a light, low-chromatic colour, providing a clearer view of some of the most frequently selected colours.

Cascade products follow the same high standards as every NCS product. Each colour chip is coated, not printed, and verified through rigorous testing to ensure accuracy and consistency. The fan deck is designed for easy navigation, allowing users to effortlessly flip through the pages to find the right colours. The full fan deck includes 983 colours, organised across 210 pages of stripe-coated colour chips.
Choose between two arrangement options based on the NCS methodology: hue or nuance. When sorted by hue, colours flow from yellow to red, blue and green. When sorted by nuance, colours flow from pale to vivid.

The displays also provide paint shop staff with a practical tool to guide customers efficiently while ensuring confidence in the colour advice they provide.
