Colourpin Reclaim
Follow the steps of our trouble shooting guide if you are having issues with the NCS Colourpin II or NCS Colourpin Pro. Completing these steps before creating your inquiry is mandatory for a successful reclamation.
Trouble shooting guide
- Charge device for 60 mins
- Reset device by pressing power button for 15 seconds
- Re-connect device to mobile phone after switching off Bluetooth and then back on
- Check calibration lid inside/tile (It should be white & clean with no scratches)
- Download the latest version of the app
